Dr Moss and Sonia got me through an implant despite my extreme fear of dentists. They’re an amazing team and I’d strongly recommend them to anyone who’s nervous. I’ve had the implant for several years with no issues at all, and it’s made a huge difference to my confidence. The hygienist Sophie is fantastic and always accommodating, and the reception staff are genuinely friendly. I travel to this practice because it’s absolutely worth it.

I have attended Bridge Street Dental over the course of 6 months to have a dental implant, teeth whitening and airflow hygienist treatment.Moss was highly recommended from a friend who works in the dental industry as my dental practice do not offer dental implant.From first enquiry I cannot fault the service I have received, every aspect of the practice has been exceptional.First appointment with Sonya (chief dental nurse) was very understanding, and no judgement as to the reasons why I required a dental implant.I cannot recommend Moss and Sonya enough. Both are incredibly professional and caring, and nothing is too much trouble. As a very nervous patient I was very apprehensive. However, throughout the procedure itself I was very comfortable and I felt reassured.The technology and services available are far superior to any dental practice I have been to before. Everything is centred around patient comfort and experience.Sonya was on call and available out of hours after the procedure, which was on a Bank Holiday weekend. She was very prompt in replying to my concerns regarding post op swelling, and had made an appointment for first thing on the Tuesday to put my mind at ease.Laura (another senior dental nurse) called me often to check on the healing progress post operatively as well as during the teeth whitening to check all was well which was very kind and much appreciated. I felt throughly cared for.Lexie reception has been very accommodating in being able to offer late afternoon and early evening appointments to fit around childcare easily.We live an hour away from the practice, and have been so pleased with the care which I have received that we are now in the process of moving all our dentistry care for not just myself but my husband and 2 small children.We have been registered at our previous dentist for 10years, however the experience, care and practice itself at Bridge Street Dental is far superior its been a very easy decision.
Amazing practice & great, professional service! All of the staff are welcoming & friendly. Reception staff are always polite & cheerful, can easily get through to them on the phone too. I get my hygiene appointments done with Sara & she's the first dental staff to make me feel really comfortable and relaxed during procedures. Helped me to feel a lot better about visiting the dentist in general. Sara is always friendly and explains everything very well before, during & after! I'm looking forward to starting my invisalign treatment with Ryan too, he has been clear, genuine, thorough and helpful during initial consultations! Explained my options & helped me to feel confident with my decision :) thank you all!
I recently attended Bridge Dental for a review on an upper molar that Nik had re-root treated for me a few months ago. The tooth has been 100% ok since I received the original treatment with him.Nik and his nurse Leanne are both lovely and soon put me at ease thoroughly explaining what was to happen and discussing the various X-rays taken during the procedure. After a disappointing start when given the wrong directions for the car park and left waiting for 45 minutes the initial consultation went extremely well and I am looking forward to receiving some implants treatment.I have my new implants now and I must say this dentist practice is positively exceptional!From the beginning to the end I cannot find one fault and I am so very very pleased with my new implants ! I was nervous and sceptical at the start but the lovely lady Sonia put me at my ease straight away and explained everything to the tiniest detail. Nothing was too much and I could ring or text her at any time - her service alone was the best I have ever received! Dr Osman who performed the surgery was also exceptional and could not fault his professionalism! Altogether a wonderful experience!
A year ago Moss and Sonia took me through the implant of a top front tooth. My regular dentist had tried very hard over a two year period to save what was left of my old tooth but we finally had to admit defeat. My regular dentist recommended Bridge Clinic and an implant. I was more nervous than I can say.I was very nervous about the procedure. Moss and Sonia were so kind and patient that after my 3 appointments I left wondering why I had allowed myself to get into such a silly state. Yesterday I returned to the clinic for my one year on check. The tooth is perfect, my gum is healthy and my smile is as good as it's ever been.

I have always been nervous of going to the dentist and have had some terrible work done over the years with no thought to how my teeth would be over time. I called Bridge and arranged an appointment with Jag and it was the best decision I made. I feel confident to smile and my teeth have been transformed. Still some work to be done but I trust Jag and even injections do not hurt. I tell him he is good and knows what he is doing which he smiles and says “I hope so” but he truly does. A special shout out to Hannah, Charlotte and all the reception team who are so personable and make the whole experience a joy (kind of) and not a dread of visiting a dentist! Thank you so much 💚
Friendly, relaxed atmosphere throughout the practice. Visiting Dr Katie Shooter for the first time was an absolute pleasure, her knowledge and professionalism was first class, with full explanations of everything being considered, with great use of visuals to support the conversation.
