Introducing Dr Richard Brown

We are pleased to announce that we have welcomed Dr Brown to the team here at Bridge Dental & Implant Clinic as a general dentist.

Dr Brown graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2009, he then spent three years working in general practice before moving to Perth, Australia in 2012. Whilst in Perth, he developed his skills and has now moved back to the UK.

Richard enjoys all aspects of general dentistry but is particularly interested in the areas of adhesive fixed prosthodontics and dental implants. He is committed to continuous professional development and has attended courses in advanced aesthetic dentistry, dental implants and is currently undertaking a two-year part-time course in Orthodontics.

He follows a minimally invasive approach and achieves high precision with the aid of magnification. Dr Brown aspires to be the centre of excellence in quality dental health provision for the whole family. Whilst in Perth he suspected a young boy had a brain tumour during a regular dental visit.

Away from his work, most of Richard’s time is taken up with his wife, young son and newly born baby girl. Due to personal circumstances, together they raise money for Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis research in children and in recognition for their efforts they have been honoured to receive a nomination in the “Australian of the Year” award 2017.

We are very excited that Richard has joined our team and we hope our patients are also excited to meet him.
