For me, reception is my happy place. I love meeting people, building relationships with our patients and being one of the familiar faces they can turn to throughout their journey with us. Whether I am arranging appointments, answering questions, helping coordinate your visits or simply offering a little extra reassurance when you need it, I am always happy to go the extra mile.
Sometimes it is the smallest things — remembering a conversation, recognising a nervous patient or simply greeting someone with a smile — that can make the biggest difference.
