Visiting Dr Katie Shooter for the first time was an absolute pleasure, her knowledge and professionalism was first class, with full explanations of everything being considered, with great use of visuals to support the conversation. I instantly felt at ease.
The team were also very accommodating and supportive when it came to appointments and have helped work out a plan of care really quickly.
